Welcome to Gate to Morocco. By using our website and booking our tours, excursions, and travel services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
2. Services Provided
Gate to Morocco specializes in private Morocco tours, Sahara Desert experiences, day trips, cultural excursions, and customized travel itineraries. The services included in each tour are described in the relevant itinerary or travel proposal. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or directly with our team.
Once you have agreed to the proposed itinerary and price, Gate to Morocco will provide you with a detailed itinerary and invoice containing the payment information. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the required 25% deposit of the total booking amount.
We accept payment by:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit card
A 5% processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms stated on your invoice or confirmed booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations
The following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- More than 4 months before arrival: The 25% deposit is fully refundable.
- Between 4 months and 1 month before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total tour price is payable.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total tour price is payable.
Any cancellation request must be submitted to Gate to Morocco in writing by email.
If different cancellation conditions have been specifically agreed upon with the customer and confirmed in writing, those conditions will apply.
Provider Cancellations
Gate to Morocco reserves the right to modify or cancel a service when circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, including extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances. Where possible, we will offer a suitable alternative. If no reasonable alternative can be provided, we will discuss the available refund options with the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gate to Morocco takes reasonable care to provide safe and reliable travel services. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays, cancellations, road conditions, weather conditions, natural events, or actions of third-party service providers. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically able to participate in the activities included in their chosen itinerary. Gate to Morocco is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Guests are responsible for taking appropriate care of their valuables and personal property.
6. Travel Insurance
Gate to Morocco does not provide travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to Morocco. Insurance should ideally cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption, lost or stolen belongings, and other unexpected travel-related expenses.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the Gate to Morocco website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, tour descriptions, and branding, is the property of Gate to Morocco or its authorized licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes. Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website, booking system, or other technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
