Imlil Day Trip From Marrakech

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Travel towards the spectacular High Atlas Mountains, passing beautiful landscapes and traditional Berber villages along the way.

For those who wish, an optional camel ride offers a memorable start to the day before continuing through the scenic Asni Valley towards the mountain village of Imlil, the gateway to Toubkal National Park.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a traditional Berber family home, where you’ll enjoy Moroccan mint tea, homemade bread, and olive oil while learning about the customs and daily life of the local people.

Next, leave your vehicle behind and enjoy an optional guided walk to the peaceful village of Aroumd and the refreshing Imlil Waterfalls. Along the trail, admire breathtaking mountain scenery, terraced fields, walnut groves, and spectacular views of Mount Toubkal (4,167 m), the highest mountain in North Africa.
